Car booking and payment options

I just sent you my booking request. What’s the next step?

We will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within a couple hours) confirming availability.

In that case your booking is secured. In some rare cases (high season or last moment bookings) we might not be able to confirm the booking. In that case we will let you know and offer alternatives if possible.

Is there a deposit on the car hire?

No deposit, no open credit cards.

Do I need to provide my credit card details?

Only if you want to pay online with the credit card option. We maintain a secure environment to protect customer credit information.

What are the payment methods?

Cash, bank transfer and credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Are there any cancellation fees?

No, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation charges.

General Terms and conditions

What is your fuel policy?

All our cars are delivered with at least a quarter of petrol. You will be asked to drop off the car with the same amount of petrol. We will not offer an overpriced full tank and then ask you to bring it back empty. All our cars use unleaded 95.

Can I visit the mainland or Paxos with one of your cars?

Sorry, no. We provide insurance and road assistance only for Corfu.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

What is your traffic fines policy?

All fines resulting from violating local traffic laws must be paid by the renter.

Delivery and collection

Where do you deliver and collect cars?

We deliver and collect at Corfu airport, Corfu port, and most popular tourist resorts close to Corfu town. If not sure, please contact us to check if we deliver at your area.

Are there any delivery or collection charges?

Delivery and collection at Corfu airport, port and Corfu town are free. There are small charges for delivery and collection in other areas, you can check the exact fee during the booking procedure.

My flight or boat might be delayed. Will you wait for me? Will there be any extra charges?

We will still be there for you and no extra charges will be applied.

Is there a Top Cars office in Corfu airport or port?

Our office is located in Corfu old town. We will meet you at the airport or port terminal and the car will be within a few minutes walk. No long queues, no shuttle bus to a remote area.

We will escort you to the car, provide you with a road map and instructions how to get to your resort and will be more than happy to answer any questions. The whole procedure will not last more than 20 minutes from the moment we meet.

Car groups, models,extras etc.

Do you have cars with automatic transmission or mini buses?

No, we don’t have cars with automatic transmission or mini buses.

What happens if the car group I booked is not available?

You will get a free upgrade to the next available car group.

What is the extra charge for second driver, road maps, baby seats and boosters?

There is no extra charge, they are free.
